Bloom into Summer

Wellness Day 2026

Restful. Rejuvenating. Contemplative.

Saturday 6th June

10am - 4pm

After the huge success of our last Winter Wellness Day, YogaForAll and PilateswithSylvia have decided to bring you 'Bloom into Summer' - an opportunity to slow down, connect with nature, and celebrate the new season. We will give you the space to return to you.

Our retreat will be in the tranquil settings of The River Room - a yoga studio based in the beautiful oasis of Westbury Wildlife Park. With the soothing sounds of the stream outside, this calm setting is the perfect location to have a break from the world and nurture your body and mind.

Through yoga, Pilates, meditation and an intention setting crafting session, this Wellness Day will give you a chance to embrace your summer feeling restored, refreshed, realigned and positively blooming!

Morning - Your day will begin with a gently refreshing yoga class with Lucy, designed to release tension and have a reset from all the stresses from our daily lives. After enjoying a snack and mid morning cuppa, we'll move onto intention setting, crafting session. It's time to get creative and excited for the summer ahead!

Lunch - A nourishing, refuelling and specially prepared meal eaten at the cafe onsite.

Afternoon - We'll start the afternoon finishing off our crafting project Moving on to an invigorating and lifting Pilates session with Sylvia. We will then close the day with a grounded meditation practice, giving you the time to fully unwind and relax.
