Join a group class to work on improved fitness and wellbeing, supported and guided by Sylvia with the encouragement of others in the group. Group sessions are fun with an emphasis on enjoying movement and making time to invest in your health and wellbeing.

Mixed ability Mat Pilates
Tuesdays 7am-7.45am

Join this weekly Pilates wake-up session to energise you for the day ahead. This 45min session begins with some grounding and focusing before we begin mobilising through the body, strengthening and lengthening ready for the day.

Starting Tuesday 2nd September

These sessions are mixed ability with modifications and progressions given. If you have an injury or condition which makes group sessions challenging please contact me in advance of joining so we can discuss class suitability.

Starting Friday 19th September

Standing Strength and Balance - 11am-12pm for 12 weeks.

Join this fun welcoming group, to improve standing strength, balance, and flexibility. A combination of standing Pilates and calisthenics with Pilates on the mat.

Mixed Ability Mat Work -12.15pm-1.15pm for 12 weeks.

Join this mixed ability class from beginner to intermediate, work on your Pilates technique. Modifications and progressions given. If you have have an injury or condition which makes group sessions challenging please contact me in advance of joining so we can discuss class suitability.

Mondays

Pregnancy Pilates 10.30am

Postnatal Pilates 12.30pm

This November I'm so excited to offer a 7 Week Pregnancy Pilates and Postnatal Pilates classes at the lovely Goldfinch Create and Play in Westbury on Trym.

Term Starts Monday 3rd November - Monday 15th December

These Monday sessions run during term time finishing before the Christmas period begins. This first term will run for 7 weeks will another term starting again at the same times in January 2026.

This October you can start with a trial drop in sessions in both!

Monday 6th, and 20th October

Trial classes £10 per session in Pregnancy and Postnatal. Come and give it a go and meet some other mums and mums to be.

Pregnancy Pilates we will focus on maintaining your fitness levels during this period, keeping the abdominal wall strong whilst mobilizing and easing out the joints and muscles. Investing some time for your health and wellbeing around other mums to be.

Postnatal Pilates will be focused on your postnatal recovery using the movements of Pilates to gently strengthen the abdominals and reconnecting to the pelvic floor as it heals.. All whilst spending time with other new mothers, and your baby .
